Bid Deposit: Mail the Bid Deposit Form with your deposit of $25,000 in the form of a cashier's check payable to CWS Marketing Group to arrive no later than 5pm ET on June 16. Credit cards are not accepted for real estate deposits. Unless a wire is specifically noted, cashier's checks made payable to CWS Marketing Group, Inc. are the only form of deposit accepted.
10% Deposit: The high bidder shall deliver ten percent (10%) of the Purchase Price less the initial deposit within three business days of the sale.
Closing: Closing will be held within 45 calendar days of the date the Government signs the sales contract.
