Unless a wire is specifically noted, cashier's checks made payable to CWS Marketing Group, Inc. are the only form of deposit accepted.
10% Deposit: The high bidder shall deliver ten percent (10%) of the Purchase Price less the initial deposit within three business days of the sale.
Closing: Closing will be held within 45 calendar days of the date the Government signs the sales contract.
