Bid Deposit: Mail Bid Deposit Form with bid deposit of $100,000 in the form of a cashier's check payable to CWS Marketing Group OR submit the Bid Form electronically and wire the deposit to arrive no later than 5pm ET on May 22. Request wiring instructions at realproperty@cwsams.com. Once the deposit is received, an approval email notice will be sent to bidder. Credit cards are not accepted for real estate deposits. Unless a wire is specifically noted, cashier's checks made payable to CWS Marketing Group, Inc. are the only form of deposit accepted.
10% Deposit: The high bidder shall deliver ten percent (10%) of the Purchase Price less the initial deposit within three business days of the sale.
Closing: Closing will be held within 45 calendar days of the date the Government signs the sales contract.
